𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Students of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), along with Peace Corps Volunteers, take the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of rice harvesting and the production of palay, 9 October, at the University’s Rice Production Area as part of the Rice Production Project by the Business and Auxiliary Services (BAS).

Observers gain insights into the different types of rice production and have the chance to try the manual harvesting with the assistance of TAU rice producers. This initiative helps the TAU students learn about traditional and sustainable methods of rice cultivation and witness the importance of maximizing yields and quality of rice through different methods.

Teodoro Multipurpose Center, 07 October.

The ceremony was led by the Deans and Directors of TAU from various colleges and units along with the TAU Chorale who performs the national anthem and other patriotic songs that are traditionally sung during the flag-hoisting ceremony.

The members of the Quality Management System (QMS) Core Team of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) underwent a mock audit on 3-4 October at the University Hostel Function Hall.

Participated in by the Top Management, headed by TAU President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, together with his four vice presidents; the TAU-QMS Representative and Director for Quality Assurance Dr. Jerome D. Soriano; members of the QMS Internal Auditors, led by Dr. Emerson B. Cuzzamu as the Internal Lead Auditor (ILA); Document Control Coordinators, headed by Dr. Jay-Ar A. De Mayo as the Document Control Officer (DCO); College deans, department heads, office chiefs, and other TAU personnel as auditees, the mock audit was initiated by the Office of Quality Assurance (OQA) to assess if TAU's established QMS conforms with all the requirements of the audit standards; to assess if TAU had effectively implemented its planned arrangements, and to assess if the TAU QMS is capable of achieving the organization’s quality policy and objectives.
