A first for Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Region III recognized the University’s Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) for its exemplary management of the workforce during the CSC Anniversary Celebration in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga on 11 September.
 
TAU was awarded the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) - Bronze for the years 2017 and 2018. Honored for reaching level 2 in HRM core systems maturity, TAU-HRMO demonstrated quality service in processes involving recruitment, selection, and placement; learning and development; performance management; and rewards and recognition.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, president of the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), and other members from TAU Financial Services Department, attend the plenary hearing for the FY 2025 budget proposal of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) at the Nograles Hall, South wing Annex Bldg., Batasang Pambansa Complex, 17-18 September.
 
Accompanied by Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo, vice president for Finance and Administration (VPFA); Mr. Lyde G. Ragus, chief of TAU-Accounting Office; and Ms. Helen G. Ruzol, officer-in-charge (OIC) of the Budget Office; Dr. Salunson presents the University's FY 2025 budget proposal to the House Committee on Appropriations which detailed the University's financial overview, highlighting key initiatives, ongoing and upcoming programs, significant projects, and the status of fund releases.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) officials and non-teaching staff, together with the faculty and students from the College of Business and Management (CBM), assemble in front of the Learning Resource Center to honor the Philippine National Flag in a ceremony led by the Office of External Linkages and International (ELIA), 16 September.
 
ELIA takes the lead in the development of university partnerships, academic collaborations, and international programs, expanding the global reach of TAU.

𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐒 | TAU-GAD, PDRRMO-Tarlac train 4th batch of TAU responders
 
The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) capped off its five-day Gender Responsive Training on Emergency Response and Ambulance Management on 13 September at the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center.
 
The intensive training, spearheaded by the TAU Gender and Development (GAD) Office, in collaboration with the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) - Tarlac, is geared towards equipping the fourth batch of faculty members and non-teaching personnel from the University with essential life-saving skills and emergency response protocols.
