To encourage good health and wellness, all TAUian employees are invited to join the Dance Fitness and Sports Activities at the TAU Covered Court on 11 October at 3:00 - 5:00 PM. You are advised to wear comfortable and appropriate clothing.

In accordance with University Memo No. 310, every Friday of the month is designated as a Physical Fitness Activity session, The College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF) will be leading the wellness program on 18 October.

Cited since the 2023 edition, Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) has been once again acknowledged by the Times Higher Education (THE) in its most recent issue of World University Rankings (WUR) as announced by the said United Kingdom (UK)-based university rankings publication on 9 October.
 
TAU was joined by 13 other Philippine Higher Education Institutions (PHEIs) on the reporters’ list. Only TAU, Philippine State College of Aeronautics (PhilSCA), Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST), and Central Luzon State University (CLSU), made it from Region III. Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) led the six PHEIs in the official ranking which was dominated by universities in Metro Manila, except for the Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT).

Pampanga’s University of the Assumption (UA) paid a courtesy visit to Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) on September 20, 2024 at the Office of the University President (OUP) Conference Room to learn the global ranking strategies, best practices and internationalization undertakings of TAU.
 
The said visit was represented by UA’s three academic officials namely, Dr. Emmanuel M. Bagtas, Director of Research and Planning Office; Dr. Violy Fernanda Y. Santos, Director of Quality and Management Office; and Ms. Lorna M. Basmayor, Director of Guidance and Admissions Office.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) headed by its President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, together with Mr. Julius U. Basilio, Project In-Charge of the TAU Engineered Bamboo, and Dr. Jay-Ar De Mayo, Director for Business and Auxiliary Services, visit the Hundred Islands E-Kawayan Factory at Barangay Tangcarang, Alaminos, Pangasinan, 9 October.
 
The TAU team go over to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR)-funded establishment to benchmark on its best practices, aiming to better the operations of TAU’s very own e-bamboo project.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC Salunson holds a “Kamustahan and Consultation” meeting with the members of Supreme Student Council (SSC) and College Governors, along with the university officials, including the officers of United Faculty Association (UFA), Faculty Association (FA), and Non-Academic Staff Association (NASA), at the President’s Office, 7 October.
 
This meeting aims to address pressing concerns of the students, channelling an open communication between student leaders and university officials. The leaders share insights, discuss the challenges, and suggest solutions for the progress and development of the university. Dr. Salunson maintains on being fully involved in governing the university and welcomes concerns put across, which then get listened to closely, making sure that every voice has been considered before any decision is made.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Students of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), along with Peace Corps Volunteers, take the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of rice harvesting and the production of palay, 9 October 

 
𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Students of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), along with Peace Corps Volunteers, take the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of rice harvesting and the production of palay, 9 October, at the University’s Rice Production Area as part of the Rice Production Project by the Business and Auxiliary Services (BAS).
 
Observers gain insights into the different types of rice production and have the chance to try the manual harvesting with the assistance of TAU rice producers. This initiative helps the TAU students learn about traditional and sustainable methods of rice cultivation and witness the importance of maximizing yields and quality of rice through different methods.
