The administrative staff of the University as well as students, staff and faculty members from the College of Business and Management (CBM) gather in front of the Learning Resource Center, while the College of Agriculture (CAF) community flock together in front of CAF Building for the flag raising. In addition, the members of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) community assemble themselves in front of CAS Bldg while faculty members, non-academic staff and students from College of Engineering and Technology (CET), together with the College of Education (CEd), College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) and the Laboratory School, have their flag-raising at the LS grounds. The University President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, along with the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs (VP-ASA) Dr. Sonny DC. Torres, grace the flag-raising event at the said venue.

Highlighting the role of foresight and futures thinking in strategic visioning and risk management and resilience, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) Administrative Council (AdCo) participated in a Training on Strategic Foresight and Scenario-Based Planning in partnership with the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) Center for Governance - Operations Management Office at Subic Bay Venezia Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, on 9 - 12 October.
