𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), under the supervision of its University President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, gathers in various areas of the University for a simultaneous flag-raising ceremony, 1 April.

Although the University usually pays tribute to the National Flag every Monday, this week’s ceremony shifts to Wednesday in observance of the Mental Health Break and Eid al-Fitr.

Meanwhile at the Learning Resource Center (LRC), the Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo commends the TAU employees for complying with the CSC (Civil Service Commission) dress code and reminds everyone to choose comfortable fabrics because of the rising heat index in Tarlac.

All members of the TAU community - students, faculty, and staff - are invited to participate in this worthwhile initiative. Participants are advised to wear green or white shirts. Additionally, everyone is urged to bring their own reusable water containers to minimize waste during the activity.

TAU CEd is on a roll.

After receiving numerous recognitions both internally and externally, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) College of Education (CEd) has been lauded once more as one of the country’s top-performing Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) through the Excellence in Quality Assurance in Teacher Education (EQUATE) award bestowed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) at the Manila Hotel on 2 April.

Out of over 1,500 TEIs nationwide, only 50 were honored with the EQUATE distinction in elementary education. Such is an undeniable testament to TAU CEd’s unwavering commitment to "upholding the highest standards in pre-service teacher education" while adhering to CHEd’s stringent requirements, maintaining high program accreditation, and achieving outstanding results in the Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT).

Prof. Prospero “Popoy”  De Vera III, CHEd Chairperson, congratulated the awardees and stated that they are undeniably the best of the best. He also stressed that the recognition signified an investment in the future generation, ultimately benefiting the country as a whole.
