𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | TAU employees' adrenaline and competitive spirit are at an all-time high as they gather at the University Athletic Oval, 13 September, for a tug-of-war match. The atmosphere is charged with excitement as the four teams, made up of employees from various offices and departments, demonstrate their strength and solidarity.
Β
Laughter and cheers echo in the air as the rope is tugged in opposite directions, with both contending teams pulling back and forth with all of their might. As teammates-turned-fans scream their hearts out, encouraging their specific teams with chants and cheers, the tug-of-war becomes a metaphor for the daily tasks that employees face in their respective offices, where success is typically determined by pulling together and supporting one another while fostering the camaraderie and collaborative spirit that defines the TAU workplace culture.
