To introduce imperative changes on protocols guiding sexual harassment (SH) cases, the Office of Gender and Development (GAD) steered a seminar-workshop at the Farmers’ Training Center on 8-9 September.

Focusing on lectures and insights from Ms. Analie B. Apostol, Chief Administrative Officer of Office of Solicitor General’s Human Resource Management Division, said preparatory sessions initiated the formulation of a manual for Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI).

As the home of Central Luzon’s first Global Citizenship Education (GCED) Regional Hub, Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), through the Office of External Linkages and International Affairs (ELIA) and College of Education (CED), represented Region III in the 1st GCC (GCED Cooperation Center) International Research Conference (IRCon) on GCED at Boracay Island, Aklan on 4-6 October.

The inaugural edition of said IRCon GCED spanned three days and brought together GCED researchers, experts, and advocates from the host university, Philippine Normal University, Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU), Commission on Higher Education, Department of Education, Philippine GCED Regional Hubs, and other international and local partners.

Agrupis, President of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), extended an invitation to Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) to the launching of Rice Paddy Art with the image of His Excellency Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. (PBBM), President of the Republic of the Philippines, alongside his Bagong Pilipinas slogan on 11 September.

After a five-year hiatus due to pandemic-related mobility restrictions, the National SCUAA Games are back this time with State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Region III hosting the event as Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) and Tarlac State University (TSU) house approximately 5,000 athletes, coaches, and officials from 16 regions (unified Regions IVA and IVB).

A total of 930 bamboo propagules were planted in critical areas of Calao Forest Reserve during the greening drive of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) on 18, 29-31 August.

Six (6) faculty members, comprising the largest-ever delegation from Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), will travel to Yogyakarta, Indonesia to participate in the 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐛, hosted by Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), on 9-15 July.
