In his keynote address during the 87th Commencement Exercises of Victoria East Central School (VCES) on 15 April, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, President of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), shares his humble journey from being an ordinary pupil at the same school to leading a globally-recognized University.
He emphasizes that success does not depend on one’s origins but on resilience, perseverance, and self-belief, especially in the face of failures.
