Apag III conducted a two-day program titled โ€œTransformational Leadership Training for Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) Employeesโ€ at the TAU - Continuing Education Center (CEC) from 2-3 September.

The program focused on cultivating essential leadership skills to empower employees in driving innovation, collaboration, and institutional growth led by Dr. Emmanuel F. Silan, a Co-Founder and Lead Consultant of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Manila Corporation.

A total of 176 graduates of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), Batch 2025โ€“2026, were formally recognized before embarking on their journey to the Agrostudies International Training Center in Israel.

The send-off ceremony, held on 5 September at the Learning Resource Center (LRC), was graced by University President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, together with Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo, Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA), and Dr. Sonny DC. Torres, Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs (VPASA).

The participants, coming from the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF), College of Engineering and Technology (CET), and College of Business and Management (CBM), will undergo an 11-month on-the-job training program in Israel. This opportunity is part of the global agriculture internship initiative of MASHAVโ€”Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation.
