𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Delegates from the Benguet State University (BSU) pay a courtesy call to Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson at the Office of the President, 30 June.

Following their initial meeting with Dr. Salunson, officials and faculty members from BSU and the TAU College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF), led by CAF Dean Dr. Sinamar E. Estudillo, begin exploring collaborative opportunities to enhance their respective Bachelor of Animal Science (BAS) programs.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Committed to promoting a healthy and sound workforce, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) is conducting a four-day Annual Medical Examination at the Farmers' Training Center (FTC) from 1 to 4 June. Organized by the Medical and Dental Services Unit, this initiative underscores TAU’s commitment to employee well-being and productivity.

Also, the University encourages all employees, regardless of employment status, to participate in the comprehensive health screenings, which include an electrocardiogram (ECG), a whole-abdomen ultrasound, chest X-ray, urinalysis, blood chemistry tests, and a drug test.

𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍 | 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐀𝐑𝐒) 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞

The Admission and Registration Services (ARS) will accept applications for shifters and returnees for the 1st Semester, AY 2025-2026, from 7–11 July 2025. Shifters must submit a duly accomplished Application for Shifting Form, while returnees must submit a duly accomplished Application for Re-admission Form.

Applicants are required to secure the appropriate form and a tentative evaluation copy from the ARS Office before proceeding to their respective College for further assessment. Please be advised that the concerned College may require an interview or examination as part of the evaluation process. Once the application is completed and approved, submit it to the designated ARS staff for processing. The Records-in-Charge will then update the student’s profile upon final approval.

𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐄𝐒 | 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐀𝐔’𝐬 𝐁𝐀𝐒 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦

Effective Academic Year 2024–2025, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) awards Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) the Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC No. 38, S. 2025) for its Bachelor of Animal Science (BAS) program. This recognition follows TAU’s successful compliance evaluation conducted by CHED on 3 December 2024. 

Serving as CHED’s official confirmation, the COPC affirms that TAU’s program adheres to national academic and institutional quality standards. As a key component of CHED’s quality assurance framework, this certification guarantees that students are provided with consistent, high-quality education in line with academic policies and performance indicators set for higher education institutions.

𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐒 | In a bid to amplify the synergy between higher education institutions (HEIs) and companies, Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) – College of Engineering and Technology (CET) and Hytec Power Inc. conduct a six-day seminar on “Promoting Gender-Inclusive Education: Enhancing Educators' Skills with Robotics and 3D Printing and Open Learning for Teaching, Research, and Extension through Industry Immersion” at the latter’s training center in Quezon City on 23–27 June.

The CET delegation is divided into two batches to ensure that every participant is equipped with the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to encourage innovation and technology adoption within the University and to integrate IoT in research and education.

Mr. Jestoni Luluquisin, Field Application Executive, facilitates a series of modular courses which include Introduction to the Internet of Things (IoT), Exploring Robotics for Smart Innovations, and Hands-on Experience with 3D Printing.

CAPTURED IN LENS | The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) community gathers for First Friday Mass at the Administration Building Atrium on 4 July, with Father Jonathan Peñaflor, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, presiding over the Eucharistic Celebration. 

This regular gathering provides TAUians with a sacred space to pause from their academic and work routines and allows Catholic faithfuls to reconnect with their spiritual values.

ELIA Volunteers top Search for Outstanding TAU Global Student Ambassadors, Global SDG Advocates

Two External Linkages and International Affairs (ELIA) volunteers vied for the top spot in the Search for Outstanding Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) Global Student Ambassadors (GSA), a category in the Internationalization (IZN) and SDG Awards (ISA), and received cash prize in recognition of their active participation in IZN programs, leadership role in IZN activities, awards in and video documentation of IZN engagements, and implementation of re-entry plan.
