Faculty researchers of the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) visited Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) on 13 August to benchmark the University’s SMART Agriculture center and technologies where they expressed their full interest in control systems, management and data gathering of the said flagship facility.
 
Said delegation consisted of faculty members from PSAU’s College of Engineering and Computer Studies spearheaded by Engr. Johan Winsli G. Felix, Project Leader and eight study leaders, namely, Engr. Maribel T. Bravo, Engr. Rosalie T. Tuazon, Engr. Romana B. Pare, Dr. Johnny L. Miranda, Ms. Jackilyn B. Baccay, Mr. Aloysius S. Valerio, Mr. Rodel P. Pentecostes and Mr. Manny Pangilinan.

Mr. Dann T. Diez, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Cebu-based non-profit organization Sustainable Energy and Enterprise Development for Communities (SEED4Com), visited Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) on 9 August.
 
Mr. Diez was officially welcomed by the External Linkages and International Affairs (ELIA) office headed by its Director, Dr. Benny S. Soliman. He was also accompanied by ELIA staff to roam TAU’s flagship project facilities, such as the SMART Agriculture Center, the e-Bamboo project, and the Bambusetum.
