The College of Business and Management (CBM) invites the TAU community to join this week’s wellness program as it hosts the Zumba Fitness and Team Building Games at the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) Covered Court on 21 February from 3:00 - 5:00 PM GMT+8.

𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐒 | TAUians brace for SCUAA Regional Games in Pampanga

A total of 239 student-athletes will represent Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) at the State Colleges and Universities Athletics Association (SCUAA) Regional Games at Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) in Magalang, Pampanga from 24-28 February. They will join the 4,104-strong SUC III  delegation, which includes 307 from TAU.
 
Aside from the participation of 13 state universities and colleges (SUCs), this year’s edition of the intercollegiate tournament marks the inclusion of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Bataan Campus.

According to Dr. Emerson B. Cuzzamu, Director of the Sports Development Office (SDO), the preparations for this regional sports meet included long-term physical and psychological conditioning, an intensive two-week training camp, participation in tune-up games, and competitive engagements in archery, racquet sports, and ball games.

The Tarlac Agricultural University is hosting Dr. Tomasz Bojar-Fijalkowski, Vice Rector for Science and Quality of Education at Powiślański University, Poland during his stay as scholar of Erasmus+ Programme from February 17 to 23, 2025.
 
One of his primary goals in visiting TAU is to share his expertise and knowledge skills to the BS Economics students on general introduction to Poland and its economy, condition for the export of goods from Asia to the European Union, European Green Deal as a current European Union Development as well as non-financial reporting standards in the European Union affecting international partners. The lectures ran for two (2) days. This collaboration provides students with the opportunity to explore various aspects of economics through global engagement.

Committed to preparing students to be globally competitive and advance skills in the corporate and industrial world, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) partners with Go Traktora Trading Inc. through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) convened on February 5, 2025 at the University Library Conference Room.
 
Attending the MOA signing on behalf of Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, TAU President was Dr. Leonell P. Lijauco, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (VPPQA); and Dr. Edmar N. Franquera, Vice President for Research, Extension and Training (VPRET).

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | To promote social connections, social justice, and inclusivity, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) through the Office of Student Services and Development (OSSD), conducts an “Inclusion Awareness Campaign” in front of the Administration Building, 20 February.
 
Aiming to raise awareness about the negative effects of exclusion and unconscious bias, the campaign sets up an information booth, provides flyers, and assembles a freedom wall that welcomes everyone in the TAU community.
 
OSSD, in collaboration with the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), Gender and Development (GAD) Office and student organizations, aims to educate the community that despite socioeconomic backgrounds, gender differences, ethnicity, and physical ability, every individual must not experience prejudice and exclusion and recognize the value of one other.

𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍 | Admission and Registration Services (ARS)

The TAU-ARS announces the suspension of walk-in assistance for the Online Application for Admissions due to the high volume of applicants allowing the admissions to thoroughly review and validate each submission. This adjustment ensures that all applications are fairly assessed and properly validated.

Also, the ARS encourages the applicants to monitor their system accounts regularly which they created in the TAU portal and ensure that the uploaded documentary requirements are complete. Please note that incomplete or unclear uploading of documents will not be processed.
