CAPTURED IN LENS | Empowering students to become proactive agents of change through passionate dialogues on democracy and critical thinking, the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Student Council (SC) sparks a meaningful discourse on civic engagement with an election forum titled "Pagningas: Sa Matalinong Pagboto, CASama Ako!" at the Student and Alumni Center Amphitheater, 30 April.
Featuring Mr. Jasper S. Alfonso, CAS instructor, and Ms. Kim Modelo, 18th Student Regent of Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), the event focuses on the power of research and education, youth participation, and informed voting. In the afternoon, a film screening and interactive talkback panel further deepen the conversation on responsible citizenship.
