To enroll, qualified first-year students must submit the following: a printed copy of their Notice of Admission, the original Form 138 (or its equivalent), an original Certificate of Good Moral Character, a 2x2 ID picture with a name tag, and a photocopy of their PSA Birth Certificate. Only applicants who have confirmed their slots will be permitted to proceed with enrolment. Transferee applicants are advised to wait for the official enrolment announcement before taking further steps.

The Admission and Registration Services Staff will assist qualified students during their assigned enrollment schedule (see posters). Late enrollees will only be accommodated on designated dates.
