A respected entrepreneur and civic leader, Ms. Uy-Chan exemplifies values of diligence, integrity, and service. Such virtues are rooted in her Kapampangan and Chinese heritage and nurtured during her formative years in Angeles, Pampanga.
She is the President and CEO of Tarlac MAC Enterprises (1st Megasaver), a thriving business she established three decades ago, and currently serves as President of the Tarlac Productivity Council. Her extensive civic engagements, including roles in PCCI Tarlac and PMAP Tarlac, underscore her commitment to inclusive progress and community development.
