Ms. May Q. Parayno from the Quality Assurance (QA) Office secured the female category title with an impressive 11.221% weight loss, while Mr. John Michael S. Verano, hailing from the Planning Development Office (PDO), dominated the male category with a remarkable 18.961% weight reduction, both proving that dedication to health and personal growth thrives in every role, making the entire University community stronger.

The champions shared powerful insights from their transformative journeys. She highlighted that the true victory extended beyond numbers to lasting lifestyle changes and improved well-being.
