A total of 930 bamboo propagules were planted in critical areas of Calao Forest Reserve during the greening drive of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) on 18, 29-31 August. 

Covering an area of 4.5 hectares, said activity engaged volunteers, most of whom were TAU teaching and non-teaching staff, and aimed towards expanding the green canopy and creating microclimate zones in Brgy. San Jose, Mayantoc

Benchmarking on Tarlac Agricultural University’s (TAU) agriculture, forestry, and internationalization (IZN) programs and to explore a possible joint partnership, officials from the Lobo Campus of Batangas State University (BatSU), headed by its Campus Director, Dr. Romel Briones, consulted with their counterparts from TAU College of Agriculture and Forestry at the Library Conference Room on 9 August.

To benchmark on regulations and operations concerning assistance provisions for students, officials from Kalinga State University (KSU) interacted with their counterparts from Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) during a partnership development meeting at the Office of the President (OP) Conference Room on 3 August.

Six (6) faculty members, comprising the largest-ever delegation from Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), will travel to Yogyakarta, Indonesia to participate in the 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐛, hosted by Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), on 9-15 July.

As part of its mandate to advance lifelong learning and provide avenues for local and international collaboration centered on continuing education and professional development, Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) through the College of Education (CEd), a Commission on Higher Education (CHED)-designated Center for Excellence in Teacher Education, has formalized an agreement with the Society For Strategic Education Studies (S4SES) at the Office of the TAU President (OP) Conference Room on 1 July.

US Peace Corps to send volunteer expert to TAU, leads on-site inspection

The Philippine arm of the United States (US) Peace Corps, in coordination with the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA), will endorse a Peace Corps Volunteer (PCV) to Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) this August 2023.

For the first time, Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) has been featured in the Asia University Rankings (AUR) of the Times Higher Education (THE), a UK-based organization specializing in providing in-depth analysis and extensive reporting of the global higher education sector.

The University of the Philippine - Los Baños (UPLB), national leader in agricultural instruction, research, and extension, inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), De La Salle University - Dasmariñas, Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology, Pampanga State Agricultural University, and Batanes State College on 14 June.
