𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍 | 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) calls for masteral students of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) to apply in the 2026-1 KOICA Scholarship Program, a joint effort by the Korea International Cooperation Agency together with South Korean universities, namely Ewha Womans University, Hanyang University (HYU), Korea National University of Education (KNUE), Korea University (KU), and Seoul National University (SNU).

The offered master’s degree programs from the listed universities are the following:

EWHA - Master’s degree in Gender Equality

HYU - Master’s degree in Smart-City Management and Technology

KNUE - Master’s degree in Global Education Leadership

KU - Master’s degree in Tax and Fiscal Policy

SNU - Master’s degree in Public Management and Administrative Reform

Here are the qualification requirements:

• Must be 40 years old and below provided the return service obligation is still within the nominee’s serviceable years.

• Must have rendered at least two (2) years of service.

• Must hold a permanent appointment.

• Must have a college degree related to the field of study or have sufficiently demonstrated ability and experience along the field of study.

• Must not have a pending application for a scholarship under another program.

• Must have rendered the service obligation required under Executive Order 367 for a scholarship recently concluded before he/she could again be nominated for another program where the field of study is different from the previous training.
