Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) strongly warns suppliers, contractors, business partners, and the general public against unauthorized solicitation activities involving the University's name, particularly those invoking the University President or the Office of the University President (OUP).

TAU and its offices do not solicit money, donations, goods, services, or other forms of assistance from suppliers, contractors, or stakeholders through unauthorized personal calls or messages. No individual may claim University authority or invoke the name of the University President or any University office to obtain money, goods, services, or other benefits without proper authorization.

The University has received verified reports of individuals engaging in unauthorized solicitation activities using TAU's name. The reported contact numbers include 09XX XXX 81665 and 09XX XXX 12318. The University is addressing these reports through the appropriate channels.

All suppliers, contractors, business partners, and stakeholders are strongly advised not to provide money, goods, services, or other assistance in response to suspicious or unverified requests. The use of TAU's name or the names of its officials does not establish that a request is legitimate or officially authorized.

Anyone who receives suspicious calls or messages is encouraged to preserve relevant evidence, including screenshots and transaction details, and to report the incident promptly to the University or the appropriate authorities. Stakeholders are also advised not to disclose confidential information or make payments based solely on requests communicated through personal phone numbers or messaging accounts.

TAU remains committed to transparency, accountability, and the protection of its stakeholders. The University will not tolerate the unauthorized use of its name, offices, or officials to mislead stakeholders or undermine the integrity of its transactions.
