𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | 𝐓𝐀𝐔 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐜. 𝐌𝐎𝐀 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠

Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) and Enviro Scope Synergy Inc. formalize their partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing on 29 October 2026 at the Office of the University President (OUP) Conference Room.

The agreement establishes opportunities for collaboration in student training and experiential learning, including On-the-Job Training (OJT), practicum, duty hours, and field exposure. It also provides a framework for cooperation in research and development, extension services, technology demonstration and transfer, faculty and staff capability building, and knowledge exchange.

Representing TAU during the signing are Dr. Leonell P. Lijauco, Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs (VPASA); Dr. Sonny DC. Torres, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (VPPQA); Dr. Edmar N. Franquera, Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training (VPRET); Dr. Marianne P. Villaruel, Director of the External Linkages and International Affairs (ELIA); and Dr. Benny S. Soliman, Director of the Student and Placement Office (SPO), together with SPO staff.

Representing Enviro Scope Synergy Inc. are Mr. Bobby Ramos, Research and Development Specialist, and Ms. Mellanie D. Mendoza, Human Resources and Admin Manager.

The partnership reinforces both institutions' commitment to providing students with opportunities for practical learning while fostering collaboration in academic, research, and technical initiatives.
