Application Period: November 17 - December 12, 2025
Procedures for Application for Graduation
STEP 1. Get a copy of the Application for Graduation from the Records-in-Charge at the ARS Office
STEP 2. Complete the Application for Graduation Form with the required details.
STEP 3. Submit the duly accomplished Application for Graduation Form to the Records-in-Charge at the ARS Office on or before the deadline.
Note:
Graduating students who are not eligible for Free Higher Education and Graduate Program Students, please pay first your Graduation Fee first at the TAU Cashier and Treasury Office on or before processing your application.
All candidates for graduation must clear any deficiencies by DECEMBER 12, 2025

December 12, 2025 Deadline for Submission of Final Grades
December 12, 2025 Deadline for Clearing of All Deficiencies, including the Submission of Hardbound Manuscript
December 15, 2025 College Academic Council Meeting
December 17, 2025 General Academic Council Meeting
January 08, 2026 Schedule of Rehearsal for Graduation
January 09, 2026 Schedule of Graduation
