In a show of solidarity and patriotism, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) community gathers for a simultaneous flag-raising ceremony on Monday, 19 January.

At the Learning Resource Center (LRC), the Food Processing Center (FPC) leads the ceremony, together with the students and faculty from the College of Business and Management (CBM); employees from the LRC, Data Center, Administration Building; and General Services Office (GSO); and personnel from other offices/units. Students from Birbira National High School (BNHS) who are currently undertaking their work immersion at TAU also join the activity.

Meanwhile, the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) and the College of Engineering and Technology (CET) join the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) in singing the national hymns and pledges.

Subsequently, the College of Engineering and Technology (CET) invites everyone to their Talakayan to be held at CET Mini Gymnasium, today, from 1:00-5:00 PM.Β 

The College of Education (CED) also announces its College-Based Talakayan, scheduled today from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN at the LS Covered Court.

Meanwhile, the LS Talakayan takes place on Wednesday from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, also at the LS Covered Court.

Back at the LRC, the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs (VPASA), Dr. Sonny DC. Torres, formally extends his greetings to the TAU community on behalf of the University President. He delivers a short but meaningful message to the employees to start the week with shared purpose, camaraderie, and discipline.
