For Transferees, Shifters, and Returnees 2nd Semester, AY 2026–2027

The Admission and Registration Services (ARS) announces that all colleges, except the College of Engineering and Technology (CET), will accept on-site college admission applications for transferees, shifters, and returnees for the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027.

IMPORTANT DATES

Deadline of Application: October 23, 2026

Date of Examinations: October 27–28, 2026

Date of Enrollment: November 13, 2026

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

For Transferees

Duly accomplished Application for Admission Form for Undergraduate, downloadable from the official TAU website

Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certification of Grades covering all subjects/courses taken

Certificate of Good Moral Character

Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

One (1) 2×2 ID picture with name tag and white background

For Shifters

Duly accomplished Application for Shifting Form, downloadable from the official TAU website

For Returnees

Duly accomplished Re-admission Form, downloadable from the official TAU website

𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐄

1. Secure the appropriate application form.
Download the appropriate form from the official TAU website. Shifters and returnees should also obtain the Application for Shifting or Application for Re-admission Form, together with a tentative copy of the evaluation, from the ARS Office.

2. Proceed to the respective college for evaluation.
Submit the required documents to the concerned college for evaluation. The college may require applicants to undergo an interview or examination as part of the evaluation process.

3. Submit the completed application form.
Return the duly accomplished and approved application form to the designated ARS staff.

4. Update the student profile.
Once the application is approved, the Records-in-Charge will update the applicant’s student profile accordingly.

Applicants and students are encouraged to secure the appropriate forms and comply with the prescribed procedures to facilitate their admission, re-admission, or shifting transactions for the upcoming semester.
