𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐑 | 𝐂𝐒𝐂 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞

Embodying genuine humility, calm demeanor, and willingness to foster a positive and welcoming environment in the workplace, Ms. May Q. Parayno was recognized by the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) during the celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service (CSC) Anniversary at the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center on 29 September for being the Most Cooperative employee.

Ms. Parayno has been conferred with the award for her voluntary services, working harmoniously with co-workers, compliance to office and organizational rules and policies, participation in most of the activities in the Universities, and rendering extra hours without compensation.

“Para sa akin, ang kooperasyon sa trabaho ay kusang pag-aalay ng suporta at serbisyo sa mga kasamahan sa trabaho pati na rin sa TAU to accomplish our collective goals,” she stated.

The award is given to an individual who consistently demonstrates respect, kindness, and professionalism in every interaction and shows integrity and commitment to public service. 

Ms. Parayno proudly represented all the criteria and shared to the Information Unit (IU) that she will continue to maintain the positive attitude and that she enjoys being a part of University initiatives.

“I am motivated by the deep sense of fulfillment I gain from effectively supporting others and contributing to the team's success. The pleasure of assisting my co-employees and seeing tasks accomplished together drives me to consistently maintain a cooperative attitude. For me, true motivation comes from valuing relationships and knowing that my collaborative efforts make a positive difference without expecting anything in return,” she affirmed.

“I’m thankful to work with people who value unity, and I am lucky enough to be with my supportive co-workers in the Quality and Assurance (QA) Office and to all of my TAU family,” she further added.

Meanwhile, the University President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson praised Ms. Parayno and highlighted the importance of collective cooperation in the workplace. 

“Recognitions like the Most Cooperative Award remind us that progress is never a solo effort but is built through partnership and teamwork, respect, and shared purpose,” he emphasized.
