Integrated into the Tarlac Agricultural University’s (TAU) National Service Training Program (NSTP), the Regional Explosive Canine Unit 3 - Tarlac Provincial Explosive Ordinance Disposal and Canine Unit delivers a critical briefing on bomb threat awareness as a cornerstone of national security at the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center and TAU Covered Court on 30 August, emphasizing proactive measures and public vigilance in the face of contemporary security challenges.

Equipping future community leaders with the knowledge to identify potential threats and contribute to a safer and more secure nation, the essential training engages students from NSTP’s three component strands: the Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS), Literacy Training Service (LTS), and the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC).
