According to the recent data released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on 1 October, pertaining to the Geodetic Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination given by the Board of Geodetic Engineering last September, 21 graduates from the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) triumphantly passed the exam.

From 1,322 examinees, the list of TAU passers are as follows:

Meanwhile, Dr. Ruben A. Parazo, CET Dean, lauded the new passers, emphasizing that their efforts are all worth it. โ€œCongratulations on passing the board exam. The determination and perseverance youโ€™ve shown since the very first day you entered TAU-CET finally paid off.ย  May your success lead to more opportunities towards fulfilling your career. For those who did not pass the exam, there is always a reason in every setback and it often leads us to discover new strength, wisdom, and opportunities we might have overlooked. Trust the process and trust God.ย  Don't give up and keep moving forward,โ€ he said.

In addition, the Department Chairperson of the CET-Geodetic Engineering Engr. Genesis A. Casiรฑo applauded the passers for achieving a high percentage rating. โ€œThe Department of Geodetic Engineering proudly celebrates the result of the recent licensure examination, where our first takers achieved 61.54% passing rateย  which is a remarkable improvement compared to previous years. This milestone is a reflection not only of the perseverance and dedication of our students but also of the collective effort and support of the College of Engineering and Technology, the Association of Geodetic Engineering Students (AGES), the ACE Program under the Office of the Curriculum and Instruction (OCI), the Parents and Faculty Association (PFA), the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines โ€“ Tarlac Chapter and the tireless commitment of the Departmentโ€™s faculty in teaching,โ€ he further emphasized.

โ€œTogether, these collaborative efforts and support have created an enabling environment that fosters learning. With this success, we are further inspired to advance geodetic engineering education. Agbiag TAU,โ€ he added.
