TAU ranks 51-100 in four more categories in WURI 2022

The Hanseatic League of Universities, an association of global universities seeking innovation in research and education, released the universities that made it outside the initial Top 50 universities’ list in six categories of the World Universities with Real Impact (WURI) 2022.
Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) appeared in the 51-100 roll of universities in WURI’s Crisis Management, Ethical Value, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Industrial Applications brackets.TAU was joined in said list by 11 higher education institutions (HEIs) in the country. It is the only HEI in Region III - Central Luzon.
On 9 June, TAU landed on rank 32nd in Student Mobility and Openness and 46th in Fourth Industrial Revolution. TAU is also ranked 100-200 among the world’s Most Innovative Universities.
Dr. Max P. Guillermo, TAU President, thanked the TAU community for another milestone. “This is a result of our careful strategic planning, coupled with our combined efforts to achieve our goals,” Dr. Guillermo added.
Per the latest update from Dr. Christine N. Ferrer, Director of External Linkages and International Affairs (ELIA), TAU is preparing for next year’s edition of WURI by introducing more innovative programs and by coordinating the efforts of all the university’s colleges, offices, and units as WURI evaluation committee will start accepting submissions by 19 August 2022.
